At Roberts Means Roncevic Kapela, LLC, Attorneys at Law, we are always proud of our team’s successes and noteworthy achievements, as they both further their careers and better serve the people we represent. It is with much excitement, then, that we announce that Indianapolis Divorce Attorney Kristy Horvath of our firm has had one of her acclaimed family law articles – titled “Protecting the Parent-Child Relationship” – published in the George Washington International Law Review.
The George Washington University Law School, located right at the heart of Washington, D.C., has long been known as a premier law school in the country, if not the world. For their publication, which has been running regularly since 1966, to recognize and publish Attorney Horvath’s works is truly a great honor and accomplishment. All she has ever wanted to do is help people in need of legal counsel and advice, and now that her article is circulating in a popular legal publication, her knowledge and know-how can reach even more people across the country.
The article, as evidenced by its title, focuses on how people can maintain a healthy parent-child relationship after divorces or separations in the modern age. Changes in child custody laws are also discussed, as well as an in-depth look at interesting parental authority aspects in Japan right now, and how they pertain to people here in the States.
If you would like to read the article for yourself, please see the document provided here. If you would like to know more about Attorney Horvath, feel free to either visit her profile page, or call 888.211.3888 and ask for a consultation with her or our team. We look forward to hearing from you.
