As a Co-Founder of ASCEND ATHLETICS and a Certified NFL Agent, Randy Fisher oversees legal operations and manages their Carmel, Indiana office. Randy is responsible for handling a wide variety of legal matters for ASCEND’s NFL Clients including contract negotiations, marketing and sponsorship negotiations, fine appeals and grievances, LLC formation, business due diligence, intellectual property protection, commercial litigation, and personal legal matters for clients and their families.

A former College Football player, Randy has established and maintains significant relationships with coaches, scouts, front office staff, administrators, and trainers throughout College Football and the National Football League. Randy’s relentless competitive drive provides our clients with unparalleled support and personal contact that enables each of them to maximize their opportunities both on and off the field.
Randy began his legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. While in that position he litigated State handgun cases as the “Gun Prosecutor” under a Federal Firearms grant funded by the United States Department of Justice and Project Safe Neighborhoods.
Growing up in Ohio, the birthplace of professional football, Randy later attended Valparaiso University and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 2000--and from Valparaiso University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2003. While at Valpo, he lettered three years and started at Defensive Line for the Crusaders Football team. Following his senior year, Randy was given the University’s Outstanding Leadership and Service Award and the Male Athlete Leadership Award. Randy is also an inductee to the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame: Wisert Chapter (Toledo, Ohio).
Randy lives in Carmel, Indiana with his beautiful Wife, Amy and their energetic, high-spirited children, Alexandria and Vaughn.
