HZ is excited to announce the addition of partner Sonja Kerr. Sonja has been practicing education law for nearly three decades and is admitted to practice in Indiana, Texas, Alaska and Pennsylvania, and Minnesota. She is admitted to various federal and circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court. Sonja has been pivotal in not only litigating but creating case law in Special Education nationwide. Along with our partner and the chair of our education department, Catherine Michael, we are thrilled that this expansion and the opening of our newest office in Austin, Texas, which will allow us to serve more families nationwide.
